Rick Barringer, a Corpsman for the U.S. Navy and member of the Nevada County All Veterans Honor Guard, gives the keynote speech of Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony held at Memorial Park in Grass Valley. Barringer spoke of serving with, and helping to save the lives of fellow veterans.
